Alternatives to Policing
Lately, there has been numerous calls to dismantle the police.
While I work as a teacher, I certainly have no knowledge how policing works
But I do have experience as a black African living in America.
These are my suggestions.
Every state needs 3 different agencies who will be responsible for dealing with the public (car crashes, neighbor complaints...) At all times, there should be three companies. The one with the best reviews should have 90 percent of the state. The rest of the two should have one or two counties.
