At this moment, the Hawks are playing the best basketball, with their ball movement, which is not even equated with the San Antonio Spurs. A lot of teams may be winning, but the style play of the Haws, especially when they win is unmatched. The Hawks have a good chance of beating the Bulls or the Cavs especially if they can stay consistent. Last year in the playoffs, they lost their cohesiveness, and that led to their downfall. The Cleveland Cavaliers have talent but I like the ball movement of the hawks. Their offense is really stagnant, requiring players to take difficult shots for the most part. Although they have players who can take such shots like JR Smith, Lebron... In general, with a good defensive team, that approach doesn't really work. Although, again, K Irving can create space and wreck defenses, that may not be the case every night. Nevertheless, they can still trade for a shot blocker like Porzinki or Whiteside Beyond that, they are a talent team. They do not have the mesh of the Warriors or the Spurs. They are better off facing the spurs. I like the hawks ball movement. I think if the Cavs can achieve that, given how good they shoot the ball, they can win the next two championships. Lebron is not a great shooter. What Cleveland needs is another person or two who can step up at any given night. Everybody is not going to have a great shooting night all the time. What Golden State Warriors have is Thompson, Green who can put 20+ point if Curry's shots are not falling. Nevertheless, they are far away to the ideal team they need to be. Their free throw percentage has fallen. What Lebron forgot is everything is a process, yet he wants to force a process and win now, that may not be possible when you have established teams like the Spurs and Warriors. Those are teams that took time to build. If I was Cleveland Cavaliers management leader, I would trade Mozgov and Tristan Thompson for Hassan Whiteside, then trade Mo Williams for Jamal Crowford. Very interesting game. The Houston Rockets started early with 45 points in the first quarter, a playoff record. Harden had 45 points of the night and Houston shot the ball over 55% over all. Many blocks throughout the game. Houston had 10 blocks. Stephen Curry was never to be found. In short Houston built an early lead and was able to hold on to it. No NBA team ever came back from a 3 - 0 deficit. It will be very interesting to watch.
