Big companies like google, facebook, twitter, ... should have black groups where they can program. I have seen through studies, and from my own experience that blacks are discriminated in tech companies. They are overlooked. They are underappreciated. They are not nurtured. So I am making a call to these big companies to have black groups in their programming sections because it is the only way we can have a foothold in American Technology.

Go fund me page Program to teach High School kids how to drive           As part of the national momentum of diverting police funds, and use those funds to funds better activities that will benefit the youngsters and reduce crime.           My name is Cheikh Drame, Math Teacher at Dunbar High School working for Dayton Public Schools.           During the summer, I had the privilege to teach a couple of kids how to drive, and even was able to help them pass their driving test. I have noticed an immediate boost of confidence.           In inner schools, there are not many involved parents, family members to guide kids to college, adulthood… or motivate them to have jobs.           I believe with your help. With the start of this program. We will improve grades, college admissions, or trade schools or just to enter the workforce.           We believe it will boost positivity with these young kids, and possibly reduce crime and increase good choices.

Obviously we know that ancient Egypt was black African country in the same way in Africa. We know also that in Africa it is divided by tribes. We know that the dogon have tremendous knowledge about the stars also. The Serere people of senegal have knowledge of mummification and this goes in line with Africa. There's a tribe for fishing. There's a tribe for farming yes.

African American people have been down due to racism.  Let's not forget America did put down black wall street (a thriving African American business headquarters) and black panther ( a strong black organization) What black American need more than ever is an organization buying businesses, real estate in heavy black populated areas to increase black ownership of their own communities.  Chinatown is owned 90 percent by Chinese. The same goes for Arab towns, Indian, Jewish... These funds they inject into black causes are like the commercials of feeding African children. It's not solving a problem.  Also, America has enough athletes, singers,.   That each can contribute 1 million a year for such a cause. 

Hello, While I ponder on what it may look like to defund the police, I must say... it is worth to try. My suggestions are... In most cases where it doesn't involve violent situations  The state needs three different security agencies. The one with 80% positive reviews with hold 80% of counties. The next will hold 15% of counties. The last will hold 5%. Any security company can gain or lose counties.  The police will be around but at a much lower capacity. 

Lately, there has been numerous calls to dismantle the police. While I work as a teacher, I certainly have no knowledge how policing works But I do have experience as a black African living in America. These are my suggestions. Every state needs 3 different agencies who will be responsible for dealing with the public (car crashes, neighbor complaints...) At all times, there should be three companies. The one with the best reviews should have 90 percent of the state. The rest of the two should have one or two counties.
