Cleveland Cavaliers blowout loss to Portland Blazers

Lebron is not a great shooter. What Cleveland needs is another person or two who can step up at any given night. Everybody is not going to have a great shooting night all the time. What Golden State Warriors have is Thompson, Green who can put 20+ point if Curry's shots are not falling. Nevertheless, they are far away to the ideal team they need to be. Their free throw percentage has fallen. What Lebron forgot is everything is a process, yet he wants to force a process and win now, that may not be possible when you have established teams like the Spurs and Warriors. Those are teams that took time to build. If I was Cleveland Cavaliers management leader, I would trade Mozgov and Tristan Thompson for Hassan Whiteside, then trade Mo Williams for Jamal Crowford. I don't know how Cleveland can have a bad shooting night when either Lebron, Irving, or Love can go for 40+ any given night. Everything is a rhythm, so is success. They can't quicken the process unless they fall int

My Love for Serigne Touba

I remembered being a kid, devouring everything about Serigne Touba. Today, it is more true than ever. And my heart loves hearing about Serigne Touba. He is my everything. He is my peace, my happiness, and my joy. As a simple and humble person, I can never be more than a lover of Serigne Touba, and this alone, I can only be. For my love of ST to grow stronger, Cheikh Drame

Cleveland cavaliers next trade

The cavaliers need to trade kevin love and Timothy Mozgov to the Miami Heat in exchange for Chris Bosh and Hassan Whiteside. This is their best chance to compete for a championship. Love is not going to fit in, and Mozgov will keep on struggling. The only possible way to keep Mozgov is to sign him to a lower salary since his numbers are diminishing and hope he picks up which would be a bargain in a team with many max contracts. I am usually right when it comes to trades. Hopefully the cavs organization will follow suite.

Warriors wins snapped

The Bucks have done us a favor by snapping these cocky warriors thinking they are unbeatable. Iguadala was nowhere to be found. They shot just 40 percent. So happy. Post a comment if you agree... This has made my night. I will watch the recap five times.

My dilemma

I have been feeling like this for quite some time (10+ years). Although, I am feeling better, every now it gets to me. I am writing this blog for anyone who is feeling the same way. I am from West Africa (Senegal). I have come to the US when I was 15 years old. So, which means I have a little experience living in Africa. My first 5 years in the US was naive, yet blissful. As I learned more about how this country functioned, I became more recluse and depressed. I know everything is about perception but my mind could not get around the fact that people are seen through the lenses of races and that people wear color as a meaning. I know in certain cultures people are identified by tribes or religion. Nevertheless, it is hard and blissful to meet people who can see you beyond all labels and enjoy you so much. And I would like to do the same for anybody. It is so great to make the will of God complete -- to want nothing from another person but to love them unconditionally and to receiv

Divorce and Marriage

I don't find any benefits anymore being in a relationship. I am 30 years old with a great job, great mental peace and stability. My heart is at peace. I don't see any need to go into a nightmare in the name of marriage or relationship. By the way I am straight. Times are different and the condition in which we are living as a whole has made it almost unbearable to be with someone. For instance, me being in a relationship, I have to worry always what she wants, what she is thinking, what she is doing... how do I respond to what she did. This is hell, perpetual hell. To those who are in a relationship and it is working for them, I would say "good". Some of it I must say is personality involved. My vibe no longer jive in being lost in situations such as intimate relationships. I have married my job, my gym, my cooking, my prayers... I am totally content with being single. My heart is finally living, and becoming free day by day. It seems like a huge load coming out o

Blacks in the workforce...

We are never truly appreciated. We are always seen as an accessory. That pushes me off. The white population will never recognize us as true contributors. It sickens me and if it does, something is wrong. One day I will own my own business and I will be free from kissing asses.

Ancient Egypt

Ancient Egyptian is not a civilization of the past but of the future. Its values and culture and technology without harming the environment is a lesson we must undertake. Not only to treat the earth better but to have a deeper realization of oneself. As wisdom dictates, everything must happen within first. If there is no peace within, there is confusion to begin with. A confused mind will never choose what is best. Wisdom comes from stillness. As Gordjeff stated, "Ancient Egypt was an advanced civilization in terms of spirituality and knowledge of the universe". Modern man has made man no longer a spirit but a body broken down into atoms and cells. You go into an hospital, in the surgery room; it is like a slaughter house.

Lebron is in Miami September 10, 2015

Lebron is calling on his Cavs teammates to join him in Miami for a team training, geared at making a successful championship run. The media is all over Lebron but there are other players doing the same thing such as D Wade, the Portland Trailblazers... Meanwhile Tony Parker, Dirk Nowitsky are still playing for the Euro League. Gorgui Dieng is playing for the African League. For the Cavs, it all comes down to team chemistry and health... to read more about Tristan Thompson.

Tristan Thompson

TT is holding the Cavs back. Nevertheless if he really thinks he deserves Max and can get Max, then he should take the qualifying offer and go to a different team. The fact that Love makes Max is not a valid argument. Yes, he is a good defender but he is nowhere near Max. When we talk Max, we talk about Lebron, Carmelo, D. Rose... Many centers who have been offered Max have not fared well. Look at Stoudemire... If the Cavs give him the Max, they are mad. The Cavs have already made a terrible mistake by letting Wiggins go, knowing that Love will be a free agent next Year. Dan Gilbert needs to stop listening to Lebron, although he has good vision, he is nowhere perfect, and as a management, one must foresee the future, long-term perspective. And Lebron needs to stop making such statements, playing Mr. Manager. Had they not traded Wiggins, all of this money issue would not be a problem. Tristan would have just taken the $50 mil, Love Max, Lebron Max, Irving Max which is enough for a

Student Loans

It is tempting to use student loans. I was surprised the other day when I went to check if I qualified for financial aid...The lady said that I do not qualify for any grants or aid because my income which was $30,000 was above the poverty limit level ($8,000). I asked her: "How can anybody live off $8,000." What if I don't make my financial aid payments on time. I will have a grace period of 60 days to tackle it. Beyond that, it can go to credit reporting agencies.

Against Police

I am against America Policing. They have too match rights onto a person personal space and use of force that is in most cases unjustified. We need a reform in the justice system. People are fed up. Injustice occurrences happen around the country. It is a collective job to fight injustice. Whenever one stands for justice, one is standing for all. Whenever one fails, one is perpetuating injustice or letting injustice to perpetuate and the perpetuators to flourish. Get lawyers, talk to civil rights lawyers...sign petitions.

The pill

Science has just come up with the pill to make you happy, to solve all mental problems. I need that pill.

NBA Finals Cleveland Cavaliers 2015 against Golden State Warriors

The cavs will definitely compete but can they win. They led by a 2 or 3 points at the half and now they about to lead the same amount entering the fourth quarter. It will be interesting. The real test is they can no longer rely on a 10 ponts lead as the warriors can erase that in a min with 3 three pointers when either or both Curry and Klay are hot. They will have to play 48 min intense, if they want to win. Any lapse can be fatal. Although the cavs fought and let for the most part of the game, they still lost in overtime. They had many opportunities to close the game in the final shots but theirs wouldn't land. The warriors won game 1 Www.nba.com

NBA playoffs cleveland cavaliers atlanta hawks game 4

Game 4. Cleveland cavaliers are going to the finals to face either the golden state warriors or the houston rockets. Kyrie Irving seems to be playing a lot better. We are all surprised by the hawks 60 wins. It seems their system collapsed towards the end of the regular season. They were one of the best team all season long.

NBA playoffs Houston Rockets vs Gloden state warriors

Very interesting game. The Houston Rockets started early with 45 points in the first quarter, a playoff record. Harden had 45 points of the night and Houston shot the ball over 55% over all. Many blocks throughout the game. Houston had 10 blocks. Stephen Curry was never to be found. In short Houston built an early lead and was able to hold on to it. No NBA team ever came back from a 3 - 0 deficit. It will be very interesting to watch.

NBA eastern finals, game 3, cleveland cavaliers, and Atlanta hawks

The atlanta hawks made a fighting game, but Hortford was ejected. Although one player had 30 points, it could not match Lebron 37 points. The game did go into overtime. In the last 3 mins of the 4th quarter, the cavs could not find their shots. I think Atlanta could have won this game but it seems they lack self-confidence, that guy who would push them beyond on the other side, the winning side. So now, we are just waiting for game 4. It can easily be a sweep on the western side as well with Golden state Warriors and the Houston Rockets. I like how Thompson and M. Dellavedova are playing now.  For more info, please visit nba cavs hawks

Africa most powerful shaman or priest

I have come to know Mr. Nana Kwaku Bonsam as a fine individual with tremendous spiritual power, a big heart and a simple mind that it even blows the minds of those who come to seek him. He loves attending ceremonies, giving periodic advice to his fans particularly the African community. I heartedly believe it is important to meet him at least once in your lifetime. He has an app available on Android called african traditional priest. He has three different websites, one of them is nanakwakubonsam.org
