Cleveland Cavaliers blowout loss to Portland Blazers

Lebron is not a great shooter. What Cleveland needs is another person or two who can step up at any given night. Everybody is not going to have a great shooting night all the time. What Golden State Warriors have is Thompson, Green who can put 20+ point if Curry's shots are not falling.
Nevertheless, they are far away to the ideal team they need to be. Their free throw percentage has fallen. What Lebron forgot is everything is a process, yet he wants to force a process and win now, that may not be possible when you have established teams like the Spurs and Warriors. Those are teams that took time to build.
If I was Cleveland Cavaliers management leader, I would trade Mozgov and Tristan Thompson for Hassan Whiteside, then trade Mo Williams for Jamal Crowford.
I don't know how Cleveland can have a bad shooting night when either Lebron, Irving, or Love can go for 40+ any given night.
Everything is a rhythm, so is success. They can't quicken the process unless they fall into the right pieces right away.
If Lebron really wanted championships, he should have extended with the Miami Heat at least for another two years, and let Wiggins and the Cavs establish an identity. I saw that early from the beginning. Tristan Thompson massive contract would not have occurred.
The Love trade is not necessary a success. We have seen Howard both in Lakers and the Rockets to be a disaster.
