 I strongly know that the Lakers as they are now will not win the eastern conference or the NBA championships. At this present moment, what I do know is New Jersey Nets are the favorites who will win the championships if all of them stay healthy. It is not just the Nets who can win it all. There is the bucks, Nuggets, Jazz, Clippers... and I don't think the Lakers have any real advantage other those. They need a third star. I was never in favor of them letting go of Rondo, D Howard and I don't think shroader is what they really need while I do understand the difficulty of playing alongside Lebron who needs the ball a lot in his hands.  They need a 3rd start...

 I think they have all the pieces except a couple of strikers. I don't think Cavani has what it takes to take Manchester to the global stage and win trophies.  I think they should sign a real striker like Salah, Jota, James Rodriguez, ... offensive players who score every game or every other game.  In Jan 30 match against Arsenal, he missed not once, but many opportunities. As a player in small teams, I can understand but not for big teams in premier league in important games in which goals mean being on top and lack of goal can mean being relegated.  ----------------- obviously it is different tactics. Manchester City employ a different style from liverpool. They don't have a number 9 who scores every game, but they create enough opportunities in which any player can score.
